Payment Processing Fees

Rayz Kidz partners with Stripe to provide a secure payment processing platform for your business. We make it easy for you to access the payment portal, while Stripe handles the actual payments.

Rayz Kidz does not collect any fees from billing transactions. However, Stripe charges the following fees for each completed transaction:

• 0.4% invoice fee, plus:

Depending on the payment method:

• Credit Card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay): 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

• ACH (Bank Transfer): 0.8% per transaction (capped at $5)

Please note: These fees are automatically deducted from the amount you receive once the payment is successfully processed.

You can customize which payment methods you accept (such as allowing only ACH and not credit cards) by adjusting your settings in the Stripe Dashboard.

Currently, you cannot directly pass these fees to customers through the Rayz Kidz app. However, providers may choose to adjust their pricing to account for these processing fees if desired. Please note that in some states, any added fees must be clearly communicated to families.
