Can I mark an invoice as paid without accepting payment through Stripe?

Yes! You can manually mark an invoice as paid in the Stripe Dashboard even if payment was received outside of Stripe (for example, cash or check).
To do this:
Go to the Billing module in the Rayz Kidz app and open the Stripe Dashboard.
Select Invoices and choose the invoice you want to update.
Click the three dots in the invoice view and select Change Invoice Status.
Mark the invoice as Paid, add an optional note if you'd like, and press Update Status.
