I have a family transitioning out of my program, how should I remove them from my account?

Removing a family from your account is important to maintaining the accurate number of families for pricing, and is important to be done in the right way that maintains the data for the family. Here are some do's and don'ts:
Do NOT: Delete the family or children. This will result in data loss of the photos and logged events.
DO: reassign ownership of the family to the child's parent or guardian
DO: remove yourself from the family so you no longer have access
