How do I provide my program's employees with access to the children's accounts?

There are two ways you can provide another Caregiver with access to the child's profiles:

  1. Add a Group (recommended) and invite them as a Caregiver. This is the most efficient way to invite a Caregiver to multiple accounts at once.

  2. Invite a Caregiver by sharing a family's unique code and have them Accept an Invitation.
