Welcome to Rayz Kidz! Here's an overview of the quick set up process to get started easily sharing updates with parents and efficiently planning out your week of learning.

Families love to stay updated on their children's care while they're not with them. Showcase your program's value and all the joy and memories being made with their caregivers and friends. To start communicating:

1. Add a family's profile

   • Required information: Family's last name

2. Add a child's profile under the family

   • Required information: Child's first name

   • Optional information: Child's date of birth and a profile photo

3. Invite others

   • Required information: Contact information of the guardians to invite (options: phone number, email address)

4. Add a group

   • Adding a group is optional and is a way of more efficiently managing the information for your program, specifically when inviting another caregiver and in sharing the program's upcoming scheduled events.

   • Required information: Group name (e.g. Little Tot's Family Program)

   • Optional information: If you'd like to invite another caregiver, you can do so through the Group instead of providing access to individual families. Use an email address to invite them.

The Rayz Kidz platform can be leveraged for efficient data collection (e.g. attendance) and information sharing (e.g. shared calendar). To use these features, head to the applicable tabs and start populating or sharing the request for parents to do so directly.

With a full embedded play-based curriculum for mixed-ages, enjoy saving time with an expansive activity library featuring a wide variety of Art, Pretend Play, Sensory STEM and Movement activities. Head to the Activity tab to start utilizing these in your program!
